employment, according to the Census and Statistics Department, differ in the
kind of jobs they offer within each sector. The main industries and what they

not have part time work opportunities. The nature of the work is not a danger
to health and safety. But work stress and overtime work will be disadvantage in
the organisation. It is not a work with health and safety issue. The requirement
to fulfil the predetermined targets on time is a mental stress for the people. But
the targeted are not unrealistic. LOLC finance arranges many activities to
refresh and entertainment. It provides opportunity to innovation and creativity.
