In this article author said the job security importance on job satisfaction. However real application of job security ( like Physical workplace security , Cybersecurity, Infrastructure security and Health security) author did not mention in LOLC. only suggested the how can LOLC Finance improve job security. Therefore author needs to do in-depth research.
