Theoretical perspective on Job satisfaction
Maslow's needs hierarchy
theory
Human
beings have a variety of wants, and satisfying those needs leads to motivated
behaviours in the workplace. It was introduced into practice in the early 1940s.
In every company whose operations are particularly labour intensive, the ILO
(2018) shows and emphasises the importance of considering the physical and
emotional requirements of workers. As a result, the shift schemes must take
individual demands into account (Embuldeniya,2018).
Physical and emotional factor are also having the impact on the job attention and motivation to continue with the work. Such as working environment and quality of the supervise also play key role in their motivational factors, employees trend to take more leave or resign the business quickly as there are no emotional motivation to attend work. and also financial and other benefits are the primary motivation for employees to attend factories. Therefore, there are several motivational factors which impact in the job satisfaction.
Herzberg's
motivator-hygiene theory
Fulfilment
is the primary criterion and it indefinitely over the attachment to that
activity. Job satisfaction is influenced by a variety of things. Certain people
are satisfied, while others are dissatisfied
There
are several reason and motivation to continue with the job, it is not limited
with the financial and other benefits. It also further considers the healthy
physical and emotional, recognition at the work place. Therefore, employees
also consider the working environment, quality of the supervisor and the
recognition in their job role and etc. Those motivational factors are related
with the job satisfaction to be analysed.

Deletethe article provides a good introduction to two important theoretical perspectives on job satisfaction: Maslow's needs hierarchy theory and Herzberg's motivator-hygiene theory. The article highlights the importance of considering both physical and emotional needs of workers, as well as factors such as working environment, quality of supervision, and recognition in job roles.
ReplyDeleteHowever, the article could benefit from some additional clarity and detail. For instance, it could be helpful to provide specific examples or data to illustrate how these factors impact job satisfaction. Additionally, the article could benefit from a more structured and organized presentation of the information, perhaps by outlining key concepts or summarizing main points.
Overall, the article is a good starting point for understanding these theoretical perspectives on job satisfaction, but additional information and organization could make it even more effective.
